We help clients with initial design and planning including the sourcing and selection of materials. We will assemble and manage a team of the best tradespeople and suppliers to complete your renovation. We will review all estimates, contracts and drawings with you and explain construction options so you are making the most informed decisions. PRIME1 Design will also moderate any conflicts or misunderstandings with contractors and suppliers if they arise.
For all design projects, there is a fee that is quoted based off of your project scope and location and there is no obligation beyond the cost of the consultation. If you decide to move forward with a project, the amount paid for the consultation will be put towards the cost of your services. The initial consultation meeting is an opportunity to learn more about your goals and the work involved.

Although there is a cost for design and management services, that cost is offset by the many benefits of having an experienced professional as your own personal renovation manager. The design phase of your project is important to ensure that you are working within your budget but also achieving the look that you want. A well thought out plan will help to minimize costly change orders and disappointment later. General contractors are not necessarily concerned with saving the project owner money. It is our job to review costs and flag any items that are not fairly priced. PRIME1 Design also monitors the work that is being performed to make sure it is being completed to your specifications.
